Through guided activities\, you’ll be encouraged to feel the soil beneath you\, breathe intentionally and notice the warmth of the sun against your skin\, awakening your senses and deepening your connection with the natural world. \nLed by Dr Michelle Asantewa\, the workshop explores grounding from an African-centred perspective\, not simply as a technique\, but as a natural way of being in relationship with the earth.
