The workshop features the award winning short film\, ‘Our Menopause\,’ by Nicola Cross\, plus post screening discussion with two of its participants\, Drs Juanita Westmaas & Angelina Osborne. The aim of this session is to empower participants with culturally relevant knowledge\, build a supportive community\, and reframe menopause as a positive and powerful phase of life\, directly addressing the isolation and lack of representation often experienced by Black women on this topic.
