Black Women & Menopause in Merton

To celebrate Women’s Month, we invite you to this special share and exchange workshop on Black Women & Menopause in Merton. The workshop features the award winning short film, ‘Our Menopause,’ by Nicola Cross, plus post screening discussion with two of its participants, Drs Juanita Westmaas & Angelina Osborne. The aim of this session is to empower participants with culturally relevant knowledge, build a supportive community, and reframe menopause as a positive and powerful phase of life, directly addressing the isolation and lack of representation often experienced by Black women on this topic.
